Every package is a fixed price, quoted after our first call and agreed in writing before we start. Two rounds of changes are included.
Care plans
Essential
Hosting, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring and 1 hour of changes a month.
Standard
Everything in Essential, 2 hours of changes a month and a one-page monthly report.
Plus
Everything in Standard, 3 hours of changes a month, and a check-in every quarter on what's working and what to fix next.
Care plans are optional and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your domain, content and accounts stay yours either way. Care plan clients email support@titanbyte.ca.
It's yours.
Your domain, content and Google accounts are in your name, not ours. The template and modules we build with stay ours, and you get a permanent licence to use them. If you leave, the site goes with you.

We look at your site and how enquiries and bookings are handled today, then give you a two-page plan. The fee comes off any build you start with us within 60 days.
Questions
Can you redesign my current site?
Usually we rebuild it on our own template, keep what works and move your content across.
Do you work in Wix or Squarespace?
No. They're good tools, and if that's what you want, you don't need us.
How long until it's live?
Two to five weeks from the day we have your content. We send a short questionnaire first so nothing holds things up.
Do I need a care plan?
No. Most clients take one so there's someone to email when something needs changing.
What about patient or client data?
For clinics, patient information stays in your practice software or in a booking tool built for healthcare. It doesn't go into our database.
