Client work
These terms are about the website only. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement and quote, which take priority over anything on this site.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site, share links to it, and use the forms to contact us about real work. Please don't send spam, try to break or overload the site, copy it in bulk, or submit someone else's details without their permission.
Our content
The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to TitanByte or to the people who licensed them to us. You can quote short passages with a link back. Anything more needs our permission in writing.
Sample builds
The sample builds under Work are fictional. The businesses, people, figures and results in them were made up to show the kind of work we do, and none of them are client results.
The free teardown
The free teardown is a general review of your website from the outside, one per business. It's offered as is, it doesn't oblige you to anything, and we may decline a request or stop offering teardowns at any time.
No advice or guarantees
The information on this site is general. It isn't legal, tax, financial or accessibility advice for your business. The site is provided as is, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Links to other sites
We link to some other sites, such as our booking calendar and AskTransit. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.
